topic for discussion at the December's meeting

Posting from J.Eid

Today, the Department of Justice and the White House say the task force did just that. At the five-year anniversary event, Gonzales announced that the task force had won an unprecedented 1,236 corporate fraud convictions, including the convictions of 214 chief executive officers and presidents, 53 chief financial officers, 23 corporate lawyers and 129 vice presidents.

Corporations are out of control, and the people supposed to watch the cash register are emptying it out…at the expense of their employees and stock holders.

Shit, why does this have to be done by Justice after the fact. How about the legislature implementing some preventive controls. Like immigration, they don’t want to. And that applies to both sides of the house.

Just get it done. Not me.
